Crushed Expectations
I was excited about the flower design of this handbag so I ordered two, in different colors. However, when I opened the package it was a total disappointment. Immediately, I went on the Verano Hill website to try and remember what the bags should have looked like. My purses looked like they had been ran over by a truck and mashed beyond recognition. The bags were crushed and looked nothing like what was advertised. This handbag should definitely be packaged differently to avoid destroying the structure
and design of the product as well as customer expectations.
